General Questions

Appointments are required to ensure availability and personalized service.
Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.

To book an appointment, a credit card and deposit are required to secure your appointment..
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
17 & under will require parental consent for services.

Upon arrival, the front door will be locked—please call or text to be let in (612) 888-0240.
Early arrival, If you’d like to arrive more than 5 minutes early, please reach out first to ensure it won’t disrupt setup or flow.
Services

Avoid retinol, exfoliants, waxing (3-5 days prior), and Botox/fillers (7-10 days prior). Stay hydrated, limit sun exposure, and arrive with a clean face. After your facial, follow your esthetician’s advice—avoid heavy makeup, sun exposure, and use gentle skincare to maintain results. Relax and enjoy!.

Facials are generally safe, but some individuals may experience temporary redness, slight sensitivity, or minor breakouts after treatment. These effects are usually mild and subside within a day or two. Communicating any allergies or skin conditions to the esthetician beforehand can help minimize risks.

Many clients experience immediate and visible improvements after a single facial session, such as reduced acne, more radiant skin, and fewer blackheads. However, maintaining these results requires a proper skincare regimen and regular facial visits.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. products and services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please contact us, and I’ll be happy to assist you.
Policies & Cancellations

You will receive both 48-hour and 24-hour text reminders before your appointment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.

If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, appointments may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, your appointment may be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
